Yunnan High-speed ETC + Contactless Payment

Turning on ETC + non-inductive payment is very simple. Simply use the “Yunnan Mobile Phone Tour” app to bind the license plate number and account number and apply for WeChat payment. When the vehicle passes through the toll booth, the license plate number can be recognized by the camera system. Automatically debit the corresponding account for quick access. The entire binding process takes no more than 30 seconds, and a binding cannot pay for all toll stations that support non-inductive payments in the province.

Users who have already opened the ETC + non-inductive payment function have opened the expressway (including the first-line expressway opened by ETC) in Yunnan Province, and can access the toll station to brush the ETC card from the ETC lane or the manual lane. When the ETC lane passes, the charge will be automatically deducted from the dealer's WeChat account and completed. Users can also view access records and tolls on their mobile phones.

On the 10th natural day after the actual toll (if the holiday is extended), you can log in to the National Toll Road Toll VAT Electronic General Invoice Service Platform (www.txffp.com) or the “Ticketroot” APP mobile phone customer. Finally, the corresponding toll fee VAT electronic invoice is issued. If the toll booth does not pass the ETC lane, you can use cash to pay for the manual lane.

ETC + non-inductive payments are a new toll payment method after cash payment, ETC payment, scan code payment and non-inductive payment. It takes advantage of various technologies such as Internet+ and mobile payments for the upgrade of ETC and non-inductive payment services. ETC + non-inductive payments take advantage of ETC's fast, no-stop, 5% tolls and special lane discounts, and the inability to pay for third-party payment channels to provide a new experience for drivers and passengers.
