The RFID reader is installed on the tanker to realize data communication with the tanker. The station data concentrator is connected with the management computer placed in the gas station business hall, and the RFID fuel dispenser information management system software is installed on the management computer. The system software can realize the automatic refueling function, and the card can be completed for each refueling. The system identifies the vehicle entering the petrol station, and the vehicle that matches the fuel card has the right to refuel. Realizing one car and one card for refueling, basically adopting one-to-one form in matching, but allowing one-to-many or designated single card to refuel through authority management.
An RFID electronic tag is installed on the motor vehicle. When the motor vehicle enters the gas station, it is recognized by the reader/writer installed next to the fuel dispenser. The electronic tag information read by the RFID reader is sent to the background control room of the gas station, and the control room. The electronic tag is authorized to be refueled and added to the system database. The database stores the license plate number, driver information, admission time, card balance, pre-fueling amount and other related information of the refueling motor vehicle. The tanker uses the wireless mode to connect with the computer. Once the vehicle's vehicle tag is authorized, the system can send a fuel quantity data to the fuel dispenser through the wireless mode. After the confirmation, the fuel dispenser can perform the fueling operation. The details are transmitted as a list to the PCU system in the dispenser for display.

Tax control function features: The encoder in the tanker should be able to correctly generate the pulse signal. The metering microprocessor transmits the metering data to the monitoring microprocessor in a true, reliable and safe manner. The data monitoring is processed by the microprocessor and stored. The tax control memory is simultaneously sent to the display of the dispenser. When the above functions cannot be completed, the dispenser should be automatically locked, that is, the refueling operation cannot be performed. It can correctly generate tax data such as the amount of oil, amount, and tax payable for each refueling and safe transfer. It can also print invoices according to the requirements of the tax department, and automatically generate and print tax report data.
Storage features: The RFID tag is equipped with an electronic tag that can read and write 10,000 business data, and the data can be stored for 10 years. The data storage format can use encryption technology. It has strong confidentiality and security to prevent artificial use of technical means to tamper with data. If the electronic tag is illegally operated several times, the electronic tag will be automatically locked.
Anti-spoofing feature: The monitoring microprocessor in the main control board should be mutually verified with the encoder. When the mutual verification fails, the fuel dispenser should not work. The metering board should be designed with a reliable sealing mechanism to prevent the controller board from being replaced at will.
Control function features: It can realize comprehensive monitoring and modern management of electronic label refueling, oil and gas recovery, taxation, measurement technology supervision, and consumer service industry management, and accelerate the process of information management.
Gas stations are widely distributed and the number is large, which brings some difficulties to related management.
