According to the relevant person in charge of the East China Sea Navigation Protection Center, intelligent shipping is a new modern shipping format formed by the integration of traditional shipping elements with modern information, communication, sensing and artificial intelligence. It mainly includes smart ships, intelligent ports, intelligent air insurance, Five aspects of intelligent shipping services and smart shipping supervision.
"This signing, we will strive to integrate Xiamen Port Intelligent Shipping Development Strategy and Xiamen Port E Navigation Project into the Ministry of Transport's 'Smart Shipping Three-Year Action Plan', Xiamen's '14th Five-Year' Development Plan and Phased Action Plan." The person in charge said.
It is reported that the E-Navigation project will coordinate the collection, integration, exchange, display and analysis of ship and shore Shanghai information through electronic means, enhance ship navigation and related services, ensure the safety and security of maritime navigation and protect the marine environment. The project will promote the application of high-tech such as Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence in Xiamen Port.
